We want you to love what you wear! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Undergarments or personal wear (for hygiene reasons)
🔁 Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for size or defective items only
- If you need a different size, contact us to reserve your replacement item
💵 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos as proof
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
